At Reeva Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our oxidised silver jewellery. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You provide clear images of the damaged/defective product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used jewellery or worn items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Change of mind, dislike of product, size or colour preferences
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@reevajewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product images, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and get back to you within 1-2 working days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be initiated to your bank account or as store credit (as per your preference).

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you'd like to exchange a defective product, we’ll send a replacement (subject to availability).
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund or allow you to choose an alternative item of equal value.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by us only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason (at our discretion), the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.
