We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
  • In case of delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or festivals, we will notify you via email/SMS.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional fee, shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.

7. Undelivered / Returned Packages

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or non-acceptance of the package:

  • Our team will attempt re-delivery if possible.
  • If the order returns to us, we will contact you for reshipment or refund (after deducting reverse logistics charges if applicable).

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing, please:

  • Take clear pictures of the outer box and products
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@reevajewellery.com
